If you do not live in Cottage Lake Beach Club, please contact us before attending or advertising any events.

All day: Annual DuesAll day: Annual Dues All day It is time again for payment of the annual dues as specified by the homeowner association bylaws. The Board of Directors is authorizing an early payment discount of $10.00 for those members paying prior to April 1st. Your co-operation and prompt payment is appreciated. Please remit payment as follows: CLBC dues amount if postmarked prior to April 1, 2024 - $190.00 CLBC dues amount if postmarked on or after April 1, 2024 - $200.00
