The following CLBC calendar below shows all neighborhood events, as well as private CLBC resident cabana reservations. If you are a CLBC resident, you may reserve the cabana for an event here. Please be sure to check the calendar for any conflicting events/reservations before you submit a request.

If you do not live in Cottage Lake Beach Club, please contact us before attending or advertising any events.

It is time again for payment of the annual dues as specified by the homeowner association bylaws. The Board of Directors is authorizing an early payment discount of $10.00 for those members paying prior to April 1st. Your co-operation and prompt payment is appreciated. Please remit payment as follows:

CLBC dues amount if postmarked prior to April 1, 2026 - $190.00

CLBC dues amount if postmarked on or after April 1, 2026 - $200.00

 

Make check payable to CLBC, Inc. Please indicate your Block and Lot on your check.

EGG HUNT AND PARK CLEAN-UP

Get ready for one of CLBC’s most popular events: The Annual Egg Hunt! The fun starts Saturday, April 4 at 9 a.m. Everyone 0-12, bring your baskets and grab some eggs--you may even get to meet the Easter Bunny!

The hunt is divided into age groups for 0-3, 4-8, and 9-12.

We are seeking volunteers to help hide eggs and prizes starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

Immediately following the festivities is our annual park clean-up! A time to come together, clear some branches, and get the park ready for everyone to enjoy in the warmer months to come.
