It is time again for payment of the annual dues as specified by the homeowner association bylaws. The Board of Directors is authorizing an early payment discount of $10.00 for those members paying prior to April 1st. Your co-operation and prompt payment is appreciated. CLBC dues amount if postmarked prior to April 1, 2024 - $190.00

CLBC dues amount if postmarked on or after April 1, 2024 - $200.00
